Paton Banana Special is a reliable, general-purpose fertiliser enriched with essential nutrients and a wetting agent to improve water efficiency. With both fast-acting and long-term feeding properties, it’s ideal for fruit and vegetable gardens, lawns, shrubs, and flowers — but not recommended for native plants.

Application Rates
Vegetables: 100–150g/m² prior to planting. Reapply 25–30g/m² every 4 weeks.

Fruit Trees: Young trees: 100–150g/m² in late winter and late summer. Mature trees: 0.5kg per year of growth (up to 3kg), applied in late winter/early spring.

Shrubs: 100–150g/m² to the drip zone in early spring.

Flowers: 70–100g/m² before planting, then half that rate after buds form.

Lawns: 50g/m² in spring and autumn.
